The alleged serial killer's lawyer claims that investigative data from certain cases is untraceable.
The original court files of the murdered Monique Roossien of Groningen and Mirela Mos are no longer available, says attorney Maarten Pijnenburg, who is assisting alleged serial killer Sjonny W. of Amsterdam in the Journal of the North today. Mirela Mos was killed in 2004, Monique Roossien in 2003.
'More cautious'
The question is whether the soup is being eaten as hot as it was served. The original official report in Monique Roosien's case, as in Mirela Mos' case, would no longer be available. Only part of the documents are available. Lawyer Pijnenburg therefore claims that the court will have to be "more careful" with the evidence.
Touched
A semen trail has been found on the body of the Groningen Roossien whose DNA matches that of Sjonny W. Her remains were found in Amsterdam in 2003. She was badly mauled and barely recognizable. The body weighed less than 40 kilograms.
Prostitutes
Justice suspects handyman W. - originally from the German Rhine town of Emmerich - of murdering drug-addicted prostitutes. According to justice, Sjonny W. was last in contact with the vanished Sabrina Oosterbeek (30) from Amsterdam, the dismembered Romanian prostitute Mirela Mos (30) and thus also with the beaten to death Groningen prostitute Monique Roossien (26).
